PENTINGNYA KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM MENGELOLA KELAS

Abstract

An educator is required to uphold his professionalsm as someone who is able to teach and educate students well. Professional educators are needed in the face of education in the digital age. An educator is also required to have creativity in dealing with students, besides the educators have other duties besides teaching, namely edycating, guiding, and shaping the character of students to prepare educators to be ready to develop themselves as quality human resources. Lack of educators in cultivating creativity will result in disharmony with students, who initially need each other will turn into mutual indifference. So that makes the school environment is not fun and tends to be boring.
